Regular guests at our Core monthly networking events include senior professionals from our thirty-six Corporate Members and individuals from over 500 other companies that engage with the Radius Network.

Staff Networks' Workshops

The Radius Staff Networks' Workshops are the first cross-sector, cross-industry forums for internal staff network Chairs and sponsors in the UK.

Most staff network Chair and sponsor roles are voluntary. Individuals manage their groups outside work hours and roles often change annually. As a result it can be difficult to keep groups relevant, engaging and with effective leadership to help them add tangible value to the business and to their members.

With over 34 organisations already involved, our workshops inspire, influence and activate Chairs and sponsors of internal staff networks by providing a forum in which they can share best practice, learn from engaging with experts, debate forward-thinking agendas, address common challenges and build relationships with peers across ALL business sectors and industries.


D&I Leaders' Forum

The Radius D&I Leaders’ Forum is the largest of its kind in the UK. The forum is a unique, cross-sector, cross-industry group of senior HR and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) leaders who meet quarterly to discuss the latest thinking and best practice in D&I and forge cross-sector relationships with peers.

With a group of D&I/HR experts from a wide range of industries and professions, including PwC, Air Partner, BBC, HMRC, the MoD, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Norton Rose Fulbright, Bank or England, Home Office, FCO, Olswang, CPS and GE, sessions provide an environment outside participants’ day jobs to focus on inspiring conversations around strategic D&I issues.

Radius Consulting

Radius Consulting is able to activate employee engagement and other benefits using our in-house expertise and experience. We primarily focus on supporting organisations in engaging senior management to demonstrate the value of diversity of thought and approach when making business decisions. This includes the Radius Inclusion Pledge Programme.  We also advise on running staff networks groups successfully, and both speak and consult to D&I groups and staff networks.


Radius Research

We run a mid-tier employee engagement and talent management survey, which is distributed across the UK. Our aim is to understand in more details how organisations with 50-1000 employees are focusing efforts on talent management, employee engagement and in particular how Diversity and Inclusion plays a role in this.
