WebWorks Online Learning: Making the case for your employee network to your line manager

D&I, Why?

Employee network leaders are more successful and content when they have the support of their line manager. In this webinar we’ll be exploring how to communicate the purpose of employee networks to the people who give you the time to work on it. This online session will focus on a case study and Q&A with Zurich Insurance and will look at the following:

  •  Why should you make the case to your line manager at all?
  •  How can you communicate your passion for your employee network as well as the business benefit?
  •  What preparations should you make before approaching your line manager?
  •  How should you involve your line manager on an ongoing basis with your employee network?
  •  How can you show that your employee network activities have been worth the time spent?

This session will  be facilitated by Tim Macavoy from Radius Business and will include a case study and Q&A with special guest speaker, Zurich Insurance’s LGBT network lead Mickey Elliott.

Please reserve your place on the webinar online. If you register but are unable to attend the session on the day, a recording of the session will be shared with you after the live session.
