Radius Employee Network Leadership Programme

Our ground-breaking programme recognises the commitment of employee network leaders to their roles. It develops their leadership skills, equips them with key tools and connects them with peers across all diversity networks to drive more effective change within their organisations.

It provides industry-leading examples and expert content linked directly to network and group impact, as well as hands-on mentoring support to help them make the most of the opportunity. Via two full-day and one half-day face-to-face sessions and three online modules, delegates learn theory, practical skills and management best practice.

The programme is supported by The Radius Community – advanced software which fosters collaboration between participants, offering mentor support and access to an online community of employee network leaders to share experiences, challenges and opportunities.

In-House Programme

We also run a bespoke version of the programme in-house and globally for clients including Facebook, Microsoft, KPMG, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Centrica, Norton Rose Fulbright and many others.

“Thanks to the ENLP I’ve gained a co-chair and an executive sponsor and got clear guidelines on staff involvement in the network. I’ve secured a budget as a direct consequence of showing how our network contributes to the business vision and strategy. Through my mentor pairing I’ve seen that no matter how big an organisation or a network is, we all start in the same place and face the same hurdles. Most importantly I’ve developed myself as a network leader, and understand the value I bring to my network.”
